Raymond Bialek is the President and Founder of Bialek’s Music Ltd. in Rockville, Maryland.  After getting fired from his first two industry jobs in 1975 and 1978 he began his own booking/talent agency eying to take the world by storm.  After 40 years and over 70,000 events later he could not be more grateful to his bosses that fired him and the fuel they gave him. Even after 40 years Raymond Bialek remains an active member of the DMV events community and continues to fearlessly pilot his business from his office on Hungerford Drive.
