William Peck

For over 20+ years Bill served as a successful nonprofit executive focused on community impact and advocacy. He raised over $600M to support local, regional, and international human service initiatives focused on well-being and advocacy for the un/underserved. Leadership roles included agencies such as domestic violence and sexual assault, health, and United Way (locally and nationally). Bill started a new career and founded “Bayern Insurance Benefits.” He’s an Independent Insurance Agent, providing supplemental health and life insurance products to individuals and businesses. He strives to help businesses support their employees with financial stability through a unique and customized set of affordable health insurance options, partnering with Aflac, AllyHealth, LegalShield and various Life Insurance Carriers. Bill lives in Southern Maryland with his wife and partner, Simone, and spends time with his four grown children in North Carolina and Michigan.

Mike Cook

Mike Cook, President of Insurance and Benefits Resource Group, focusing on health insurance and Medicare.  As an independent broker I work with most of the companies, but my goal is to help my clients understand what their options are, make sure their questions are answered and that they know exactly what they’re going to be getting into when they make a move. What company you go with is really not that critical to me, it is more important that you know what you are getting and what to expect.
